$17 Offered is a matchbook featuring Virgil Davis of the St. Louis Cardinals. It is from the U1 Silver Border set produced in 1934 by the Diamond Matchbook Company of New York. The matchbook is in very nice condition with striker intact (see hi-res scan). It is the red background variation.
