| All collectors will agree that the only true Rookie Card of Phil Niekro originates from the mainstream 1964 Topps baseball issue. Subsequently, a Topps card depicting Niekro was also produced during 1965 along with a Jay Publishing Atlanta Braves photo of Niekro as well. Finally, two Niekro cards with identical photos were both produced during 1966, the Topps issue and the Venezuelan Topps version. |
