Although it is not a popular issue with collectors, the earliest card appearance for Joe Cronin originates from the 1921-30 M.L. Die-Cuts set. A much more popular, early Cronin card hails from the 1931 Washington Senators Team Issue Photo Pack. Another widely collected, early issue picturing Cronin was produced by the Exhibits Supply Company during the 1931-32 time frame and included four players pictured on one card. The first mainstream card appearance for Cronin would come within the 1932 U.S. Caramel set. Finally, another early card of Cronin was included by the Goudey Gum Company as part of the groundbreaking 1933 issue. |
